1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Requiem Planner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Requiem Planner is a sacrament and sacramental management platform for Catholic parishes and dioceses. The Service helps parishes plan, communicate, and celebrate sacraments including weddings, funerals, baptisms, and other liturgical events.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid features are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Pricing is per parish per month. Diocese-level subscriptions may cover multiple parishes at a bulk rate.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export your data at any time by contacting support.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access data belonging to other parishes or dioceses, interfering with the proper working of the Service, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to paid features will end at the close of the current billing period. Your data will be retained for 90 days after termination, during which you may request an export.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
