We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email), parish and diocese information, sacramental records (events, participants, schedules), and payment information (processed securely by Stripe).
We automatically collect: usage logs, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. We use cookies for authentication and language preferences.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service, process payments, send service-related communications, improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security ensuring strict multi-tenant isolation. Each parish can only access its own data. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), and Supabase (database). We do not share your data with advertisers or other third parties. We may disclose data if required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after termination. After that period, data is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent for data processing.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for use by parish administrators and staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Sacramental records involving minors (e.g., baptisms) are managed by authorized parish staff.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
